NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 14, 2006--Brean Murray, Carret & Co. today announced that it will host a Mainland China Investor Tour on Monday September 18th through Friday September 22nd, 2006.

The tour will begin in Beijing and travel to Shanghai and Shenzhen, and will close with a visit to the China Internet Conference 2006 in Beijing. Accompanied by Brean Murray, Carret & Co.'s Beijing-based research staff, as well as U.S.-based executives, investors will meet with senior management from 40 China-based companies that have listed shares trading on U.S. exchanges, including the NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE.

The participating companies range from multi-billion dollar Internet darlings to emerging Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Consumer companies that may be new investment opportunities to most U.S. investors. In addition to attending companies' presentations, participants will tour manufacturing facilities and meet with government officials.
