Finally, the equity sales department helps market banking transactions, and then continually updates both current and potential institutional investors on the corporate client’s progress.

Many of our clients are companies that are either misunderstood in the market, have been orphaned by larger investment banking firms, or are very small, and thus, “off the radar” of other investment banking firms. We provide these companies with the opportunity to tap the capital markets in order to reach their growth goals.  We also provide the after-market support needed to create liquidity for the investors who provide capital for such growth stories.  In this way we are able to establish and augment a market presence for our corporate clients and their investors.
